Smiles Are a Changing
With the closures this spring the long awaited for day required a few more months of waiting. Two months prior she was suppose to get her braces off but when she came out they had only removed the top braces because the bottoms still needed some adjustment. Even though you couldn’t really see her bottom braces she embraced the new feeling of having slick teeth all around. Because she is missing two adult teeth, she will sadly be in another pair of braces but for now she’s in retention with retainers in hopes that the rest of her adult teeth play nicely with others and grow into their correct holding spots.
So this tooth was a little loose, nothing to get too excited about. Then out of the blue Jackson bent over in agony because I asked him to do the dishes and there was a little ‘tink-tink’ on the floor. His tooth fell right out. No pliers or strings needed. He stood up and was just as shocked as I was. He was certain to flash his new smile in is Kindergarten ZOOM the next day. It will be fun to see how his adult teeth come in. Crossing our fingers they won’t need quite as much work.
