Ellie Gets Glasses

It was inevitable. Probably something we should have checked earlier since Brian had glasses since the 2nd grade. None the less it became time for Ellie to get her eyes checked. She was super excited to find out that she indeed has a slight vision impairment and would need corrective lenses. We tried to tell her that it was like getting braces. It sounds much cooler than it really is. As parents, we were surprised to also learn that she has a slight tracking issue and that eye therapy could help with her eyes bouncing around the page when she reads. We are very grateful to be able to catch the issue before it got worse and really hope it helps.
