Jackson is 9 months!

IMG_8731 - Version 2

Even though his size is pretty average for his age, Jackson seems bigger than Ellie ever was. Turns out after comparing baby books, he is about the same size as she was at a year old, only two pounds heavier. Still not certain where the last three months have gone as it seems like he was only learning to crawl a few weeks ago and now he is on the verge of walking. Ellie still loves her little brother but is learning quick to keep her things out of his reach and has chimed in with a few “Jackson, NO’s” of her own. Jackson is a busy boy with a new bruise on his head about every other day. He loves getting out to watch things go by. Here are a few notes to share from months 7-9:

  • also enjoyed eating sweet potatoes, bananas and carrots
  • perfected your planking technique
  • sat up alone when no one was looking
  • so close to crawling
